Payment can be made by PAYPAL, MC/VISA or by check/money order. Unless you are well known to us, orders paid for by check will be shipped after checks have cleared.
Foreign customers should pay by check/money order drawn on a US bank, if not paying by credit card.
NJ residents must add the 7% sales tax.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:USPS Priority Mail or UPS costs are $6.50 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book. USPS Media/Book Rate costs are $2.85 for the first book and .50 for each additional book. These shipping costs are approximate, we will adjust up or down depending on weight.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:All shipping charges are actual plus Insurance costs.
