This tackles the German advance on the flanks and the third Soviet counteroffensive from August 25 to September 10. Includes 94 maps from WWII -- although you might need a magnifying glass to make out some of the details, they are pretty clean. Extensive overall Aug 1 and Sep 1 OOBs at division level (some regts) with army OOBs inserted at appropriate places in text, which contains what reads much like operational assessments and plans from unit logs, primarily from Soviet perspective.
