This is the first book of the WAR series in color and based on memoirs of an Italian soldier who fought in the war. In this series, several black and white images are 'recolored' by our artists with the help of special software to obtain wonderful and new images of the war. Abyssian sky offers an interesting research about the Italian-Ethiopian war of 1935-36. The last great colonial conflict of the 20th century also found aviation playing an important part with bombardments and use of deadly gas.
Includes 12 full-color pages, with many b/w illustrations and maps. Italian text, but English captions to images. All color plates have full English translations.
